PK Zulykes Consulting was founded by Prince Ikenna Umezulike, a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), a Certified Forensic Accountant, an astute Tax Practitioner, he holds a Bachelor of Science Degree (B.Sc) and Master of Business Administration degree(MBA) all in Accountancy.

He is a Past Chairman of ICAN Awka & District Society and Vice Chairman Eastern Zonal District of ICAN. He is currently the Treasurer of Association of Professional Bodies of Nigeria (APBN) Anambra Chapter. He has served in several committees of ICAN. He also served as an Hon member of a Judicial Commission of Enquiry in Anambra State Government. His proven integrity and financial discipline have earned him trust within his family and business circle.

Prince Ikenna holds a Practising Licence of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and is the Principal Partner of Prince Umezulike & Company (Chartered Accountants), a company he nurtured from zero clients to more than 200 current clients in the Small and Medium  Scale Industries in Nigeria. He was also certified by the Institute as a Forensic Expert. The firm focuses on Audit & Assurance Services and Tax Consultancy while providing other support and value-added services.

He has served as a Consultant and an Expert witness in a variety of complex matters including lost profit, business valuation, merger & acquisition, insolvency, and others. He has also conducted a myriad of complex fraud investigation on behalf of clients. His expertise encompasses a wide scope of industries: financial services, retails, construction, manufacturing, governmental and non-governmental organisations, among others.

He utilises his above average info-tech exposure to develop value adding tools that enhances clients operations through self-assessment and continuous auditing. He also partnered with other IT platforms to create seamless channels for bills and tax payments from the comfort of your home or office.
